General Description

The HT1625 is a 128 pattern (32x4), memory mapping, and HT1625 is multi-function LCD driver. The S/W configuration feature of the HT1625 makes it suitable for multiple LCD applications including LCD modules and display subsystems. Only three or four lines are required for the interface between the host controller and the HT1625. The HT1625 consumes low operating current owing to adopting capacitor type bias charge pump. The HT1625 series have many kinds of products that match various applications.
